Is this Excessive?

Ok girls. don't judge me! Yes I have literally gone out and bought 3 copies of Glamour magazine. Luckily two of them were actually different, but yes I do have a duplicate. Why? Well as I'm sure most of you know, today the new Glamour came out with some amazing Benefit goodies as freebies! When you buy the £2 mag you will get either a Bad Gal Smoldering black eye pencil, an Eye Brght Instant eye brightener or The It Stick Conceal it all stick.

As you can see..... I got all three! But for £6 that is a bargain don't you think? And I had been thinking about buying Eye Bright for a while too. So excited!

I instantly had to try these out, so first I swatched them. From far left: the It stick, bad gal and eye bright.

Verdict? These pencils are amazing value for 2 squids each. Seriously creamy and easy to apply. The it stick is a perfect shade for my skin tone but probably not for everyones (bit of a strange product). My favourite has to be the Eye Bright though, because I applied it to the inner corners of my eyes and on the inner lower lash line and it instantly revived my face! I love the gorgeous soft pink colour it is too. Bad Gal speaks for itself really, just a perfect smudgy versatile product. You could use it as a kohl liner, under the lash line, on the top lash line plus it would be a great base for a smokey eye look.

Okay so you probably can't tell much from this picture, but I have all 3 products one. I used It stick to conceal under my eyes, bad gal on the lower lash line outer 1/3rd and eye bright on the inner section of my eye. I absolutely love these products, they will be staples in my handbag at all times from now on!

On a different note, I did a little shopping recently and purchased these cute Rolla Sole pumps which can be found at http://www.rollasole.com/. They are my newest addition to my handbag as  always always (!) wear innapropriate shoes for any occassion. They are always too hgh or just too uncomfortable and I end up in agony towards the end of the day so I was in desperate need of something like this. I think of them as my emergency back up plan. They roll up so small and fit snugly in my handbag and then if I need to I can just whip them out and voila comfy feet once again. so they're not the most stylish when they're on my feet, and knd of look like slippers, but If I can fit them in my handbag I don't really care. An emergency is an emergency!

Okay thats it for now girls! But I wanna know did any of you get Glamour today, or plan on it (if there's any left!)?

Coveted Item of the week Skull jewellery

Hey Girls!

This week, I discovered an amazing jewellery line on Net a Porter. I was looking through the jewellery on there and this ring stood out to me:
It costs £82.50 and is by the designer Daisy Knights. Intrigued, I looked her up and found her website, where she has pictures of all her current pieces and an email address to place orders. I instantly loved loads of her collections, especially the Kim collection, which is the one this gorgeous ring belongs to.

Here are some other pieces i love that she has created which can be purchased from her site:

Kim Collection, Skull gem necklace £95 - 155

Kim Collection, Skull tie charm bracelet £28 - 48
Amelia Collection, Bow Earrings £60 -80

Becky Collection, Punk Rock Necklace £75 - 135

Daisy Knights herself is only 23 years old and a St.Martins graduate (of course!), and she is relatively new in the jewellery retail world. I am so glad NEt a Porter snapped up some of her designs because I love her stuff and I definately want to order the gorgeous skull gem ring. Of her jewellery, Daisy says that she is "passionate about keeping it British and eco-friendly", which is definately a good thing in my opinion! So if you like what you see, check out her website for more creations: http://www.daisyknights.com/

Lush Haul and £10 lush boxes!

Hi everyone! So I went to lush and got myself three bath bombs. I am addicted to anything spacey or shaped like planets or stars, just think its so cute, so I was immediately drawn to their new ballstic 'Space Girl'. Of course I was drawn to the glitteriness also!

The Lush website says: "It's shaped like Saturn with added space dust for our alien friends, and the refreshing scent of blackcurrant sweeties will make you hungry for your own space adventures"!
So cute I love this one. It smells divine; not too much like sweets which I prefer.

Next I got 'Think Pink'. Well I think the title pretty much explains why I got this!

Lush describe this as a "hot pink bomb" with the "sweetness of vanilla absolute". This one definately smells the sweetest of the three that I got this time but I really like it because little flowers are left in your bath after its dissolved. Love!

The final one I got was "All that Jas".
This one smells gorggggeous in my opinion. I love the more natural smelling bath bombs, other than ones that smell like sweets, so this one is definately my favourite of the three. Lush describe this one as a "sexy ballistic" with Vetivert to relieve stress and Jasmine to revitalise and warm emotions. Haha Lush advises to add a glass of champers to your bath with this ballistic. Now that would be luxury wouldnt it?

P.S Lush currently has a special offer where you can get a box of goodies for only ten pounds!

Outfit of the evening and Harrods!

Hey everyone! First I just want to say that  am so overwhelmed at how many followers I have after just a few weeks of blogging, and I just want to thank you all for your lovely comments, that make blogging worth while! Thanks billions! XXX

This is an outfit I wore yesterday to go out for drinks with some friends, but first I stopped of at Harrods in Knightsbridge with my bf, as its just an amazing store, and  always feel so happy walking around there! (even if I don't buy anything)

The belt is from Urban Outfitters and the bag is my teeny little Fendi that I adore!

These shoes are from Miss Selfridge, and I got them years ago in a sale. I think they were such an amazing bargain, think I only paid £20 for them and their super comfortable too X

Aren't these bags fabulous!? Clearly im craving the biggest, pinkest, glitziest one! Would be a cute beach bag I guess...

We saw the puppies they had for sale in Harrods, and poor little things, everyone was looking at them. Obviously I deflashed my camera, and they didnt notice I took a picture, but they didn't look that happy (with their backs facing everyone!). OH and they start at £2,500. Lovely little pugs, awwww.

Then we came across the Wonderland Cafe on the same floor as the puppies, and it was so cute!

So..... we got a giant ice cream hahahah

This cafe is definately meant for kids, but I loved it X

Thanks so much for reading Xoxo

FOTD. Subtle summery bronze X

Hey girlies! Today I wanted to try something a bit different with my makeup as summer is nearly here. So I ditched my matt eyeshadows and blush, opting for a bronzey shimmery look! Let me know what you think, and what look you were rocking today:

First of all I used concealer and foundation by Natural Collection, and I absolutely love them. They are super cheap but I love the coverage and finish it gives. Not at all drying, flaking or oily! Perfect for any combination skin types out there, like me. I use the fairest one they make which is actually a tiny bit dark if I'm not wearing any fake tan.

Next, I used the following products on my eyes:

I primed my eyelids with urban decay primer potion, then sweeped L'Oreal Chrome Shine shadow in Golden Rose all over the lid and up to the brow. I then took Benefit Gilded and lined my lid quite thickly, then blended that just on the lid and lined under my eyes with it. Next I just lined my top lid with L'Oreals black super liner, which I swear by! Lastly I used L'Oreal double extend mascara on my upper and lower lashes.

For my cheeks:

I contoured with St Tropez bronser, and then used my nat. collection blusher (not sure of the exact colour!), then highlighted / gave my cheeks a summery sheen with Mac's pigment in Rose. (ITs so gorgeous I feel I will be reaching for it a lot this summer)!

Next for my lips:

I always have really dry lips so I constantly have to apply lip balm of some kind, and always do before I put any lipstik on. So today I used softlips; flavour, Vanilla, smells lovely! Then Revlon lipstick in 001 Nude Attitude. Finally I sweeped a couple coats of No7 High Shine spf gloss in Smile, which I got as part of a gift set.

So that was my natural / shimmery face today! How about you girls??
Thanks for reading!
XOXO
